I liked the cleaness of this budget hotel. Some rooms are as huge as luxuary hotel. The bed sheeta are changed every day. And guest friendly.

The hotel is conviniently located having good acess to sharing taxi @10 bhat close to sea shore market other convinient stores etc.presently renovated hence neat and clean.expect drinking water dispencer would add or atleast water dispencing machines as available in bkk supplying 1 ltr water for just bhat one will make this hotel perfect budget hotel.english speaking staff is badly reqd.

The location is great, right next to transportation around Pattaya. Central Pattaya with the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars are all within a 5-minute walk. the hotel is close to the center of town and the famous Walking Street.

The room was cleaned after the first night
The shower was only cold. I was surprised because I gave my credit card number for paying by that way. But arrived to the hotel, they asked me to pay in cash, explaining that this number was for "security"...so I payed by cash. Just hope they will not debit my card.
